The Chinese sides Beijing Guoan and Jiangsu Suning are ready to make lucrative approaches for the duo.
Lescott has been a key played for Villa this season, having linked up with the club in the summer from West Brom. He has played 15 games, scoring two goals, and has been one of the main players involved in Remi Garde’s reign at the club.
However, at the age of 33, he could be looking for an easier playing role, rather than fighting relegation with Villa.
Neither of the clubs have yet made a formal approach for Lescott, as they want to gauge his interest in a move before making an offer.
Jelavic is their other target, and he could be more receptive to a move seeing as his time with the Hammers has been very li tied this season.
He has started just one Premier League game since his arrival from Hull City, and looks to be down the pecking order in Slaven Bilic’s thoughts.
Should he wish to play more football over the coming years, a move to China could prove attractive.
