Report: Crystal Palace line up offer for Moussa Sow

Crystal Palace Sign Wembley

Crystal Palace are on the lookout for a new striker.

Crystal Palace are planning a move to sign Moussa Sow of Al-Ahli, Le10Sport reports.

Sow only signed for current club Al-Ahli in the summer of 2015, leaving Fenerbahce after three years of consistent scoring.

A Senegalese international, Sow has scored 12 times in 37 games for his country, and his form for Al-Ahli has kept him in the viewfinder of a number of European teams, who are ready to bring him in this month.

Crystal Palace are at the front of that queue, as the report states.

They have made contact with Ah-Ahli already, and the UAE team are ready to sanction Sow’s departure if the proposal matches their demands.

The Eagles, who are looking out for a striker who can score goals, are ready to make this offer, and are currently preparing a bid for Sow.

Able to play as a striker or a winger on both sides, Sow built his reputation in Europe.

The forward, who turns 30 today, scored 18 goals in 99 games for Stade Rennais, 36 goals in 76 games for Lille, before linking up with Fenerbahce and netting 60 times in 148 appearances.
