HITC Sport understands a number of clubs in England and Scotland are tracking the Falkirk midfielder.
Falkirk star Blair Alston is attracting interest from clubs in England and the Scottish Premiership after catching the eye this season, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Alston has been an impressive performer for Falkirk this season and he scored in last weekend's draw with Scottish Championship promotion rivals Hibernian.
The 23-year-old has been instrumental in Falkirk's bid for promotion back to the Scottish Premiership, scoring four goals and laying on eight assists in 26 games in all competitions.
Alston's performances have not gone unnoticed among clubs south of the border and also sides in Scotland's top flight.
The attacking midfielder is in the final six months of his contract at Falkirk and Alston could agree a pre-contract with any of his suitors.
Falkirk are keen to keep hold of Alston and have offered the youth product a new deal to extend his stay with the Bairns.
However, Alston's agent, Clive Hart, has confirmed the midfielder is keeping his options open as he wants to play at the highest level possible.
"There has been a lot of interest shown in Blair as he has done so well for Falkirk," Hart told HITC Sport.
"Blair is out of contract at the end of the season and Falkirk have offered him a new deal, but we are keeping his options open.
"Blair is focused on trying to help Falkirk win promotion and he has never his desire to play at the highest level possible he can."
