Liverpool fans react on Twitter to Rob Green rumours

The Reds are reportedly eyeing a move for the Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper.

Liverpool are interested in a move for Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Rob Green according to the London Evening Standard.

The Reds goalkeeping department has once again come in for stern criticism this season, with questions still remaining over number one Simon Mignolet.

Similarly, back up keeper’ Adam Bogdan, signed on a free transfer from Bolton Wanderers in the summer, has also struggled with high profile errors against Watford and Exeter City in recent weeks.

It is the Hungarian that manager Jurgen Klopp is most worried about, with him now eyeing up a move for QPR ‘keeper Rob Green as a free transfer, according to the London Evening Standard report.

The goalkeeper is available on a free transfer from Loftus Road, with manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink willing to let him leave in the January transfer window.

The former England number one is admittedly not the sort of signing that Liverpool fans were expecting when Klopp replaced Brendan Rodgers at the club earlier in the campaign and they have reacted negatively on Twitter to the reports linking them with Green.
