Crystal Palace are reportedly tracking Peterborough United attacking midfielder Erhun Oztumer.
According to a report in The Sun, Crystal Palace are tracking the progress of Erhun Oztumer at Peterborough United.
The Turkish attacking midfielder has stood out for the Posh this season, and become their major creative force.
Oztumer has been handed a role behind the two strikers in Graham Westley’s side, and he has contributed both assists and goals.
The former Dulwich Hamlet man has scored five times and made six assists in 16 League One appearances.
Oztumer’s good form has helped Posh score 52 times in League One, and the Eagles believe that he is ready to make an impact in the Premier League.
Oztumer stands at just 5ft 3inch, but Palace boss Alan Pardew is reportedly not put off by his slender stature and could make a move in the coming weeks.
Peterborough are understood to be keen to keep hold of Oztumer, but with his contract running down they may be powerless to resist, if offers from top level clubs do come in.
