The 19-year-old is full of praise for the Tottenham playmaker.
Indeed, the Tottenham Hotspur youngster says the playmaker is somewhat of a role model for him - as he is a 'great guy' and also a 'joy to watch.'
And it helps that the Belgian is so strong, according to Alli. That strength is used to intimidate opponents and it helps him utilise his unique dribbling style, where he charges forward effortlessly, taking huge strides before taking his next touch.
Dembele isn't just strong, though, Alli thinks he's one of the world's strongest!
The 19-year-old told the Tottenham site: "That’s what Mousa is all about, a great player, a joy to watch. Everyone can see how good he is and as a youngster, he’s a fantastic player to learn from.
"He’s incredible, probably one of the strongest guys in the world! You certainly think that when you play against him! He’s a great guy as well and that makes it even better."
The playmaker's experience will be vital within such a young squad. Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen and Hugo Lloris are other faces to turn to when it comes to age and wisdom.
But Dembele is the oldest representative of Tottenham's front line and his impact going forward is clear for all to see.
Even the fact the 28-year-old has experience of sitting on the bench for Spurs will come in handy, as he knows what it takes to fight for his place in the team.
