Everton are keen to invest in their squad in the January transfer window.
The Toffees had scouts at Anderlecht’s match at the weekend as Roberto Martinez looks to bolster his attacking options.
Praet and Tielemans are considered two of Europe’s finest prospects and the Toffees’ scouts are said to be excited by the pair’s potential.
Everton are keen to bring them to Goodison Park, as Martinez looks to continue to assemble a young team which is packed with talent.
The Merseyside club already have the likes of Gerard Deulofeu, Romelu Lukaku, Ross Barkley and John Stones, but Martinez seemingly wants to add even more talent.
The additions of Praet and Tielemans would certainly be a signal of Everton's ambitions going forward, but they are unlikely to land the two youngsters without competition, with a number of sides said to be tracking the pair.
Everton are also said by the Mail to be closing in on a deal to sign Leeds United’s Sam Byram, as Martinez looks to invest in January; and on this evidence the future looks very bright at Goodison Park.
