Nathan Oduwa sends message to Rangers fans on Twitter after Spurs return

The 19-year-old has returned to White Hart Lane following a loan spell at Ibrox.

Nathan Oduwa has sent a message to Rangers fans after his loan spell at Ibrox was cut short and he returned to Tottenham Hotspur.

The 19-year-old enjoyed some good times with the Gers but will now be back at White Hart Lane for the January transfer window and possibly the rest of the season.

Oduwa scored once in 19 appearances for Rangers but hadn't featured for a month.

Oduwa is another bright young talent within the ranks at Spurs but, unlike Dele Alli (also 19), the teenager will likely have to wait for his chance in north London.

Another loan move would surely be a possibility but Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is no doubt aware of Oduwa's skill set.

At Rangers, he impressed and endeared himself to fans. The physicality of the Scottish Championship perhaps proved too much for him, though, with the 19-year-old's flair annoying opposition defenders - and prompting them to be a little unfair with their tackles!

He will be well remembered by the Rangers faithful but could end up creating memories at his parent club with time.
