James Tavernier sends message on Twitter after win, Rangers fans respond

Rangers won 4-1 against Livingston at Ibrox in Glasgow in the Scottish Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Rangers defender James Tavernier has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his delight at the win against Livingston at home on Saturday afternoon.

The Gers maintained their good run of form with a 4-1 victory over Livingston at Ibrox in Glasgow in the Scottish Championship.

All four of Rangers’ goals came in the first half, while the visitors pulled one back in the second period.

Danny Wilson, Martyn Waghorn (two) and Kenny Miller were on target for the home team, while Liam Buchanan scored for Livingston.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Ibrox, hosts Rangers had 63% of the possession, took 16 shots of which nine were on target, and earned 16 corners.

Mark Warburton’s side are at the top of the Scottish Championship table at the moment with 50 points from 20 matches, as many as six points clear of second-placed Falkirk.

Right-back Tavernier played for the entire 90 minutes, and he has revelled in the win on Twitter, with Rangers fans responding to him on the social networking site Twitter.
