Wayne Rooney breaks Premier League record and Arsenal fans hate it

We're not sure if Henry will be too bothered, but Arsenal fans sure are!

After going a fair few games without a goal in the first half of the season, Manchester United's Wayne Rooney has seemingly found some form again... out of nowhere!

Rooney has scored six times this season in the Premier League for Louis van Gaal's side, but astonishingly four of those goals have come in their last three games. The most recent goal came in the 1-0 win against bitter rivals Liverpool at Anfield, with Rooney picking out a pretty special volley to separate the two sides.

Now, it turns out that the goal is actually a bit special for Rooney. Not only was it his first at Anfield for 11 years, but Rooney has now scored the most goals for a single team in the Premier League - breaking Thierry Henry's record of 175 goals which he set back in 2012.

That is a pretty incredible effort from Rooney, but as you can imagine, Arsenal fans were not too pleased about Rooney breaking the Gunners icon's record and they took to Twitter to share just how mad they were.

We are not too sure why it matters so much to them but boy are they angry:
