Confirmed: Stoke and Arsenal line-ups

Stoke Britannia Stadium

Here is how Stoke City and Arsenal will line up for today’s match:

Stoke City welcome Arsenal to the Britannia Stadium this weekend with the Potters developing quite the reputation for upsetting the odds under manager Mark Hughes.

Stoke are currently seventh in the Premier League table with 32 points from 21 matches played and Hughes will know that victory this afternoon would lift them above Manchester United and possibly West Ham United depending on goal-difference.

But Arsenal have ambitions of their own, firstly reclaiming top spot from Leicester City after the Gunners slipped to third after victories for the Foxes and Manchester City on Saturday.

Arsenal have won their last two league matches against today’s opponents so a hat-trick is on the cards. However, Stoke are seeking their third straight home win and they certainly have the players to cause Arsene Wenger’s side all sorts of problems.

With Arsenal’s poor recent away form and Stoke’s attacking flare, this is certainly one to watch…
