Arsenal fans react on Twitter to Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's display v Stoke

Arsenal fans were left understandably disappointed after their 0-0 draw at Stoke City on Sunday afternoon.

No side would be arrogant enough to demand three points at such a tough place considering the competitive nature of the Premier League these days. But, if you're going for the Premier League title, these are the kind of hurdles that have to be overcome.

While Petr Cech impressed, making sure his side kept a clean sheet, the Gunners disappointed and frustrated supporters going forward.

Theo Walcott, in particular, was criticised - but Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain even more so.

Indeed, Arsenal fans are wondering exactly where the 22-year-old's career is going. After showing so much initial promise, there hasn't been any improvement or development in his game. If anything, the Ox has got worse - and his tendency to give the ball away didn't miss the attentions of supporters on Sunday.

Next up for the north London side is a home clash against Chelsea - where Oxlade-Chamberlain's best moment of the season came. That, in fact, was pre-season, as Arsenal beat the Blues in the Community Shield.
