The two sides played out an entertaining 3-3 draw at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
The game looked set to be a bore draw after an uninspired first half, but a scintillating second period saw the first 45 minutes quickly forgotten.
An own goal from John Terry and a strike from Kevin Mirallas had given the Toffees a 2-0 lead before Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas drew the sides level.
Everton looked to have won it with a late goal from Ramiro Funes Mori, before John Terry scored a last-gasp and controversial equaliser to bag a point for his side.
Roberto Martinez will be disappointed his side have missed out on all three points again, but he will have been pleased by the display from Belgian Mirallas.
