Kane was one of three Tottenham players to score against Sam Allardyce's men, while Onomah praised the 'amazing' fans, expressing his delight at bouncing back from his side's Leicester loss.
Great bounce back performance at the lane! Fans were amazing! Now on to the Fa Cup . #coys— Joshua Onomah (@Joshuaonomah10) January 16, 2016
With Tottenham currently five points off top spot - Arsenal are yet to play this weekend - there is naturally talk of a title challenge coming from White Hart Lane.
But it's too soon for that. Don't run before you can walk! Manchester City are strong and so, too, Arsenal. Leicester City aren't going away anytime soon by the looks of it, either.
What Spurs need to concentrate on is the fact they are now four points ahead of West Ham United in the race for a top-four spot. With Manchester United playing at Anfield on Sunday afternoon, they may well maintain that lead.
A Champions League place is looking very likely for Tottenham if they can hold their nerve. But discussing winning the league will only add pressure and deter the players from what their actual goal is.
