The Lyon striker admits wanting a move to the Premier League in the summer.
Plenty of Premier League teams have been earmarked as potential suitors for Olympique Lyonnais's star striker Alexandre Lazazette.
The powerful and pacy forward has scored nine goals in 26 appearances for the club this season - a fairly modest total.
Last season however he scored a whopping 29 times in 37 appearances which is why plenty of teams appear keen to bring him in.
He admitted to The Telegraph this week that he wants a move to England in the summer and he had some fantastic words to say about one Premier League team hoping for Champions League football - Leicester City.
“I like the atmosphere in the Premier League. The teams play attacking football and for a striker that is even more attractive. The stadiums, the pitches and there are only big games. It’s incredibly competitive also.
"It’s very exciting. Look at Leicester, who only came up two seasons ago and now when they play against the top four teams, the big four, they do not change anything in their game and play the same way. So it’s a very attractive league.”
Of course it may seem far fetched to suggest that Leicester City could get hold of the player.
That being said Leicester are flying high and at the current rate it would seem that they are set for the Champions League next season - a major factor in any decision making process for a top player.
With a cash windfall set to follow who is to say that Leicester City might not talk the French international into a move.
