Morgan Schneiderlin sends warning to three Liverpool stars on Twitter

The Manchester United midfielder is trying to build some atmosphere ahead of Sunday's Liverpool clash.

Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin says he can't wait to face Liverpool and has sent a message on Twitter to Mamadou Sakho, Nathaniel Clyne and Adam Lallana.

The 26-year-old knows Sakho from the French national team, while he used to play alongside Clyne and Lallana for Southampton.

And Schneiderlin has warned that United are 'coming for' Liverpool this Sunday afternoon. Louis van Gaal's men travel to Anfield as Jurgen Klopp gets his first taste of a match between the two footballing giants.

Schneiderlin's Twitter warnings might not bode well for Manchester United fans. All season, the likes of Bastian Schweinsteiger, Ander Herrera and Juan Mata have been tweeting, constantly promising fans an improvement.

None has been forthcoming, however, and it seems United's best performances are left for social media rather than their actual football...

Liverpool and Man United both drew 3-3 during midweek but the Reds will be far happier, having drawn with Premier League leaders Arsenal rather than Newcastle United, who sit in the relegation zone.

Looking at United's poor form, Liverpool are favourites here. But they should never be complacent ahead of this world-famous grudge match...
