The Tottenham Hotspur winger is currently with The Millers.

Tottenham Hotspur have plenty of young players coming through the ranks and some have already made an impact in the first-team.

Another talented player in the Spurs squad is Grant Ward.

The 21-year-old winger has been on several loan spells away from the club in the past including stints at Chicago Fire and Coventry City.

This season he has been on loan at Rotherham United and has impressed at the club despite the occasional inconsistent performance.

His loan spell at Rotherham was due to end at the end of this month but now it seems that he will be ending the campaign with The Millers.

Vital Football is reporting that Rotherham have exercised their right to keep hold of the Tottenham talent until the end of the season after clearly catching the eye of Millers manager Neil Redfearn.

He told BBC Radio Sheffield:

"From the end of January to the end of the season obviously there is an automatic renewal agreement that kicks in.

"So basically he is with us. He has been a fantastic loan signing for us."

Ward will now be hoping to continue impressing for the Yorkshire side as they battle relegation from the Championship.

Then comes his future with Tottenham Hotspur. If he can have an impressive second half of the season he will undoubtedly be hoping to get in the first-team picture at Tottenham from next season.
