Tottenham and Liverpool are interested in El-Mhanni, currently on trial with Crystal Palace.
The 20-year-old forward currently plays for non-league Lewes, but his impressive form has seen him recently link up with some Premier League sides on trial.
West Brom recently had him at the Hawthorns to work with Tony Pulis’ side, and the youngster has just linked up with Crystal Palace as they take a look at him ahead of potentially offering him a deal.
However, two other sides have just made their interest in signing El-Mhanni known, with the Mail report claiming that both Liverpool and Tottenham are tracking him after taking not of his impressive form in the Ryman Premier League.
A centre-forward or winger, El-Mhanni started his career with Barnet’s youth system, and his form for Lewes this term has earned him the nickname of ‘the non-league Mahrez’ according to the report.
The Guardian claimed earlier this month that he has also had spells with Watford and Bournemouth, and has earned interest from Championship sides QPR, Reading, Brighton and Birmingham.
