Grujic watched on from the stands as Liverpool drew 3-3 with Arsenal in the Premier League.

He may not be able to play a game for Liverpool yet, but it hasn't stopped Marko Grujic from paying a visit to Anfield to watch the Reds enthralling 3-3 draw with Arsenal in the Premier League.

The 19-year-old Serbian midfielder signed earlier on in the month for a fee believed to be worth £5.1 million, according to the Daily Mail, and has been loaned back to Red Star Belgrade for the rest of the season.

But with Red Star not back in action until mid-February, it has given the teenager the opportunity to keep an eye on how the Reds are developing, get to know his surroundings and see who he will be competing with when it comes to trying to make an impact with at the club next season.

Given he is Jurgen Klopp's first signing, there may well be a good deal of expectation placed upon his shoulders from when he first pulls on a Liverpool shirt.

Last night he will have seen Emre Can, Jordan Henderson, Joe Allen and James Milner in action who could be in the way of Grujic becoming a regular starter at Anfield from next season - one does wonder who he would've been impressed by.

Joe Allen's stoppage time equaliser gave the Reds a point after Roberto Firmino had twice given the home side the lead, only for the Gunners to come back into the game themselves.
