The Baggies fought back from 1-0 and then 2-1 down to secure a draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Cesar Azpilicueta netted the opening goal for the Blues, before Craig Gardner equalised in the 33rd minute with a lovely long-range strike.
After Gareth McAuley had put the ball through his own net, it appeared as if the West London club would claim all three points, but James McClean popped up in the 86th minute to score the goal which brought the game to 2-2.
It was a nice finish into the corner of the net, and was no less than West Brom deserved having made Chelsea look extremely average.
Tony Pulis’ men put in a very attack performance, and although they had less possession than the Blues, they were far more effective when they had the ball.
The result ensures that West Brom remain above Chelsea in the Premier League table, with three points separating the Baggies from their supposedly more illustrious opponents.
Following the game, McClean and West Brom teammate Salomon Rondon took to Twitter to react to the result, with goalscorer McClean praising the attitude shown by the Baggies to fight back for a point.
Great never die attitude shown, solid point, onto the next on saturday, another tough game— James McClean (@JamesMcC14) January 13, 2016
