Wolverhampton Wanderers beat Fulham 3-2 at Molineux on Tuesday night.

Wolverhampton Wanderers made it four league wins in a row on Tuesday night as they beat Fulham 3-2 at Molineux, with new signing Michal Zyro the hero.

After losing 1-0 to West Ham in the FA Cup on Saturday, Wolves were looking to get back to winning ways in the league, where they had won their previous three games without even conceding a goal.

That clean sheet record ended against Fulham, but fans were treated to an entertaining 3-2 victory at Molineux, meaning Wolves lie seven points adrift of the play-offs.

After selling Benik Afobe to Bournemouth, many have wondered where the goals were going to come from for Wolves, but they had an immediate answer: Michal Zyro.

The Polish international was making his home debut after signing from Legia Warsaw, and he took little time to make an impact, scoring twice in the first 13 minutes to put Wolves 2-0 up.

Fulham hit back through Lasse Vigen Christensen's header, but Matt Doherty made it 3-1 shortly after half-time, with Ross McCormack notching what proved to be a consolation late on.

After the game, Wolves players took to Twitter, and one man was the focus - Zyro. The new signing celebrated his superb Molineux bow on Twitter, whilst team-mates such as Nouha Dicko, Danny Batth and David Edwards all raved about his match-winning performance.
