Confirmed: Manchester City and Everton line-ups

Here is how Manchester City and Everton will line up for tonight’s match:

Manchester City welcome Everton to the Etihad Stadium this evening as Manuel Pellegrini’s men look to close the gap between themselves in third place and current league leaders Arsenal.

The Gunners have a tough match themselves tonight when they take on Liverpool at Anfield so City will know they could move back to the top of the table with a victory…depending on what also happens in the match between Leicester City and Tottenham Hotspur.

City are unbeaten in five league games against Everton, winning four and drawing one, so they will be quietly confident of adding to that tally this evening.

However, Everton have some very dangerous players in their ranks and City’s back-line will have to be at its best to keep the in-form Romelu Lukaku at bay for the full 90 minutes.

City’s home record is superb and with Everton struggling for victories recently they may have to settle for a point at best.
