The Slovenian international has faced some of the world's best in his career.

Nottingham Forest had to move for a left-back in the transfer window after Dani Pinillos was ruled out for the rest of the season with an ACL injury.

They made a move to sign Bojan Jokic to answer their problems.

The Slovenian international arrived from Spanish outfit Villarreal. The 29-year-old is obviously a talented player but things in Spain have never really got off the ground for Jokic.

He joined the Yellow Submarine from Italian outfit Chievo Verona in 2013 but struggled to cement a place among the regular first-team members in one of the toughest leagues in the world.

But he did face off against some class opposition.

Unfortunately for him the pictorial evidence of that is not flattering.

He faced the likes of Chelsea star Pedro and Arsenal hero Alexis Sanchez when the pair were at Barcelona and did not appear to be enjoying it. This game in question ended 3-2 to Barcelona after the Catalan side had trailed 2-0 - with Lionel Messi scoring the winning goal.

He has also faced some of the world's best whilst with the Slovenia national team - including Wayne Rooney, Edinson Cavani and, again, the world's best Lionel Messi.

So the Championship should be easy ... right?
