Wolves boss Kenny Jackett has told the club's official website he was impressed with the performance of Michal Zyro on his debut.
Zyro played 81 minutes for the visitors in their FA Cup clash away to West Ham before being substituted for Jordan Graham.
Jackett felt he saw enough in Zyro to be positive about, with the 23-year-old winger making his debut.
He said: "Michal had an impressive debut. He showed very good promise and good confidence and made a positive difference to our forward line."
Zyro had been linked to Wolves since last summer, with the Birmingham Mail reporting in June that Jackett had flown to Poland to scout him personally.
They did not manage to sign him at the time, but fortunately neither was anybody else, and the club announced in December that they had agreed a deal with Legia Warsaw, The BBC reported.
Zyro is a Poland international and is hoping to make a difference to Wolves' promotion efforts. With Benik Afobe sold to Bournemouth, fans need reasons to be positive, and Zyro may turn out to be a real star.
