Predicted Leeds United line-up to play Ipswich: Five changes by Evans

Ipswich Town

Here is how we predict Ipswich Town and Leeds United will line up this week:

To be played on Tuesday 12th January 2016 at 19:45. Venue: Portman Road, Ipswich

Odds: Ipswich 10/11, Draw 5/2, Leeds 3/1

Ipswich Town welcome Leeds United to Portman Road on Tuesday evening as the two sides get back to Championship action following the third round of the FA Cup.

Leeds won 2-0 against Rotherham United at the weekend to progress to the next stage while Ipswich drew 2-2 with Portsmouth after Ryan Fraser scored a late equaliser to set up a replay.

But for now both sides will be fully focused on the job in hand, which is to secure another three points and climb further up the table as a result.

Ipswich are currently sixth in the Championship with 41 points from 25 matches while Leeds are 13th with 32 points to date.

The Whites are on an impressive undefeated run and if they can overcome Ipswich in their own backyard it will be another statement of intent as they look to push for the play-offs in 2016.

That said, Ipswich will be well aware of Sheffield Wednesday directly below them and will be looking to keep at least a two-point gap between them if at all possible.
