Nottingham Forest fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to have their say on the signing of Gary Gardner from Aston Villa.
The 23-year-old central midfielder played on loan for the Reds during the second half of the 2014-15 campaign as well.
The former England Under-21 international scored four goals and created 10 chances in 18 Championship appearances for Forest.
Gardner had a pass accuracy of 73% and a shot accuracy of 29%, and won 51 headers, six dribbles and 48 tackles.
The Englishman is fully fit now and available to play for Forest against Queens Park Rangers at the City Ground in the third round of the FA Cup on Saturday afternoon.
