West Ham United are not set to be active in the January transfer window.
West Ham brought a number of new players to Upton Park before the season started, and Bilic is now keen to bring stability to his squad.
The Croatian boss says that he is very happy with the options available to him, and if the Hammers do any business in the coming weeks it will only be because it is an exceptional deal.
“We have a good squad, a big squad, and [it’s] 99 per cent [certain] we will leave it like this and make our signings in the summer,” the Croatian boss said.
“If something exceptional comes along, whether that’s a long-term deal for one great player, or a loan deal for a back-up player for six months, we will do it. But we won’t buy just because it’s the transfer window.”
West Ham’s recruitment in the summer has left them with plenty of depth in their squad, and that has been shown in recent weeks.
The Hammers suffered an injury crisis, with many of their key players out, but they remained very difficult to beat throughout this period.
With players now returning to fitness, Bilic’s options look much better - and it seems that the former Besiktas is satisfied with his team.
West Ham are currently in sixth place in the Premier League table, and they are chasing a spot in Europe.
