Birmingham City are aiming to add two or three new players to their group in January.
Gary Rowett has suggested that Birmingham City are aiming to make two or three additions in the January transfer window at his press conference this afternoon.
The Blues were dealt the blow of losing key winger Demarai Gray to Leicester City, but the funds they have raised from his sale are set to be reinvested in the squad.
Birmingham are keen to strengthen their options in January, with three players on Rowett’s radar.

One of Birmingham’s intended additions has been confirmed to be James Vaughan, who is currently on loan with the club from Huddersfield Town.
Vaughan has impressed on his temporary move, and Rowett is eager to make the switch a permanent one in the near future.

With Birmingham also looking at other targets, rumours have been rife as to the players on their wishlist.
The Blues are said by the Daily Mail to be taking a keen interest in Peterborough United striker Conor Washington, while the Daily Mirror suggest that they want Bolton Wanderers youngster Zach Clough.
