Everton are set to host Manchester City in the first leg of the Capital One Cup semi-final on Wednesday evening.
The Toffees are set to host Manuel Pellegrini’s side in the first leg of their Capital One Cup semi final, and Martinez has confirmed that Robles will start in goal in the fixture.
The Spanish stopper has been Everton’s first choice in the competition so far, and Martinez says that he has been very impressed by his performances.

Everton could have opted to replace Robles with the more experienced Tim Howard, given the magnitude of the fixture, but Martinez is keeping faith with the former Wigan Athletic man.
It is a decision which should go down well with most Everton supporters, who have been calling for Robles to have a sustained run of games in the first-team.
Robles has caught the eye in the League Cup, but Martinez has avoided using him in the Premier League, despite Howard’s poor form.
The American international has endured a torrid season so far, but Martinez has stuck by him.
Robles will have another chance to show his worth on Wednesday though, and a solid display will only increase the calls for him to be included in Everton's starting line-up on a more regular basis.
