Tottenham's campaign could be their best in years - but so could Arsenal's.
There's plenty of excitement at White Hart Lane at the moment - and rightly so.
Tottenham Hotspur are on course for one of their best seasons in years. The only problem? Arch rivals Arsenal look set for a great campaign at the same time.
That doesn't take anything away from Tottenham, of course. But something supporters would love to do is break their Arsenal curse.
Spurs haven't finished above the Gunners in 20 years (this summer would make it 21). What bad timing for the north London side, then, that their most promising season in years could be one where Arsenal win the title.
Arsene Wenger's men are by no means guaranteed a title win. Arsenal being Arsenal, something will surely come up to stop them winning the league.
Some fancy Tottenham for the title, too, but six more draws than the Gunners so far this term have left Mauricio Pochettino's side six points adrift of Arsenal.
If both enjoy a good season - maybe even finishing first and second - few will complain. But the Arsenal curse will persist if Spurs can't overhaul Wenger's team. To really delight their fans, Tottenham must target their fiercest foes.
