Aaron Lennon and Gerard Deulofeu react on Twitter to Everton draw

Everton failed to win in the Premier League on Sunday evening.

Everton winger Aaron Lennon has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s failure to win against Tottenham Hotspur at home on Sunday evening.

The Toffees failed to return to winning ways in the Premier League, as they played out a 1-1 draw with Tottenham at Goodison Park.

Lennon, who joined Everton from Spurs on a permanent contract in the summer of 2015, put the home team in the lead midway through the first half.

The North London outfit restored parity on the stroke of half time when Dele Alli found the target from close range.

Lennon has taken to Twitter to thank both the Everton and the Tottenham fans, and has also expressed his delight at scoring at Goodison Park.

Gerard Deulofeu has also taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the draw and is looking forward to playing against Manchester City at home in the semi-finals of the League Cup on Wednesday evening.
