It has been reported by the British tabloid that Norwich manager Alex Neil will make a move for the striker if Chelsea make the 28-year-old striker available for sale.
Other interested clubs
Norwich are not the only club who have been linked with a move for Remy this month.
Aston Villa manager Remi Garde told The Sun last month that he is interested in the France international striker.
The British tabloid has also claimed that Swansea City are keeping tabs on Remy.
The Daily Mail has credited West Ham United and Southampton with interest in the former Queens Park Rangers striker, while French outlet La Voix du Nord recently claimed that Crystal Palace and Newcastle United want him.
Remy joined Chelsea from QPR in the summer of 2014, but he has failed to establish himself as a first-choice striker for the London giants.
The France international striker scored seven goals and created five chances in 19 Premier League appearances last season.
So far this campaign, the former Newcastle loanee has scored just one goal and created only two chances in eight league games for Chelsea.
