Peterborough fans were highly impressed with Martin Samuelsen's performance.
The verdict from Peterborough United fans seems unanimous - West Ham have a special player in Martin Samuelsen.
The youngster scored his first goal on loan for the Posh as they beat Sheffield United, and it was a special strike too, as he dribbled round two players before smashing the ball past a helpless goalkeeper.
West Ham signed the 18-year-old Norwegian in the summer, after impressing on trial. He had previously been with Manchester City's academy.
He made his West Ham debut in an early qualifying round of the Europa League this season, but did not feature in the Premier League and was loaned out.
His displays for Peterborough, particularly his headline grabbing goal, will certainly impress his parent club, who are due to make a decision on where he will spend the rest of the campaign.
Peterborough fans clearly hope it can be with them, as they were particularly impressed with his display against the Blades.
Here is how they reacted on Twitter to his performance...
I thought Conor's goal was good. I thought Erhun's goal was a worldie. And somehow Samuelson topped the lot. Wow #pufc— Kieran Kirschner (@kkirschy23) January 2, 2016
All 3 goals amazing, please can we keep Samuelson? His feet are on another level #pufc— The Posh Blog (@pufcposhblog) January 2, 2016
