Leeds fans react on Twitter to Doukara's performance against MK Dons

Elland Road East Stand

Leeds United drew 1-1 with MK Dons this weekend.

Leeds United had an own-goal to thank as they maintained their undefeated streak this weekend; Antony Kay putting through his own net to give the Whites a 1-1 draw with MK Dons at Elland Road.

But for all the relief Leeds fans would have felt at avoiding defeat late on, they would have been worried by the sheer lack of attacking quality, with Steve Evans’ side failing to register a single shot on target and managing just three goal attempts in total.

With summer signing Chris Wood unavailable for the weekend clash, Evans called on Souleymane Doukara to lead the line, with Mirco Antenucci left on the bench until half-time. But the former failed to make any significant impact, despite recently playing his way back into contention.

Doukara was making his 12th Leeds appearance of the campaign but he lasted less than an hour, with Lee Erwin replacing him as the Whites sought the breakthrough.

After the match we took to Twitter to see what Leeds fans thought of Doukara’s performance and you can read a selection of what we found below:
