Nottingham Forest failed to win against Charlton Athletic in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Ben Osborn has taken to social networking site Twitter to express his disappointment at his side’s failure to win against Charlton Athletic away from home on Saturday afternoon.

Forest failed to return to winning ways in the Championship, as they played out a 1-1 draw with 10-man Charlton at The Valley.

Osborn put the Reds in the lead on the stroke of half time, but Simon Makienok equalised for the home team in the 70th minute.

The 21-year-old midfielder has admitted his disappointment at the final result, but he is pleased to have Chris Cohen back from injury.

The midfielder, 28, made his first appearance in the Championship for the Reds on Saturday after recovering from a cruciate ligament injury.

Jamie Paterson, currently on loan at Huddersfield Town from Forest, has also revealed his delight at Cohen’s return on Twitter.

Forest are 14th in the Championship table at the moment with 31 points from 25 matches, 10 points behind Ipswich Town, who are currently sixth in the standings and occupy the final playoff spot.
