MK Dons and Leeds United played out a 1-1 draw in the Championship on Saturday.

Milton Keynes Dons striker Simon Church has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s failure to win against Leeds United away from home on Saturday afternoon.

Karl Robinson’s side failed to return to winning ways in the Championship, as they played out a 1-1 draw with Leeds at Elland Road.

Rob Hall put The Dons in the lead on the half-hour mark, but the visitors conceded the equaliser in the 87th minute when Antony Kay scored an own goal.

Church, a 27-year-old Wales international striker, has expressed his disappointment at the final result and believes that MK Dons were unlucky.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Elland Road, visitors MK Dons had just 39% of the possession, took seven shots of which two were on target, and earned five corners.

The Dons are 20th in the Championship table at the moment with 23 points from 25 matches, just two points above the relegation zone.
