The left-back has been in great form this term.
Leeds United face a battle in the coming months and years to keep hold of some of their best talents, especially if they continue to play in the Football League.
Sam Byram is already being linked with a move due to his contract situation whilst Alex Mowatt is constantly linked with Newcastle United. Lewis Cook is also often mentioned as a Premier League target.
Perhaps their most talented youngster is Charlie Taylor.
The left-back has been incredible this season, despite a bout of glandular fever.
That form has not gone unnoticed as he is now being linked with a move to Premier League side Crystal Palace.
The worry for Leeds is that they have allowed Taylor's contract to run into it's final 18 months and if they do not resolve his future quickly this could descend into yet another Byram-like situation.
Palace currently have Pape Souare and Joel Ward as left-back options but Alan Pardew will no doubt see the promising Leeds star as one for the future.
Leeds on the other hand will do whatever it takes to keep hold of Taylor.
