The Rossoblu star has been compared to Paul Pogba and Yaya Toure and Corriere della Bologna reported that both Chelsea and Manchester City were keen to spend €20 million (£14.4 million) on the 18-year-old powerhouse.
The same report however made it clear that the £14.4 million bids would fall short of Bologna's valuation. That valuation stands at a whopping €50 million (£36 million) which would make him one of the world's most expensive teenagers if Chelsea or Manchester City did bring him in.
Now Tottenham Hotspur are also picking up the pace in his pursuit.
A report from TMW in Italy claims that Tottenham, along with City, have been actively scouting him in recent weeks.
Diawara fits the profile of a Tottenham signing under Mauricio Pochettino - given his age and playing style.
That being said the same report claims he is hoping to sign a new deal with Bologna for now, as he is happy to remain with the club that showed so much faith in him.
The Guinean came through the youth ranks at Vitus Cesena before joining lowly San Marino in 2014. Bologna picked him up in August and he has since gone on to become one of the breakout stars of Serie A this season in a Cinderella rise to prominence.
Tottenham - along with Chelsea and City - face an uphill battle signing this teen star in January.
