West Bromwich Albion fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to have their say on Saido Berahino’s current situation.
Berahino has been in disappointing form so far this season and has lost his place in the West Brom starting lineup.
The 22-year-old striker did not start the Premier League game against Newcastle United at The Hawthorns on Monday afternoon. The English youngster came on as a substitute in the 70th minute, as the Baggies won 1-0.
During his time on the pitch, Berahino took shots, had a pass accuracy of 100% and put in one cross.
West Brom manager Tony Pulls was critical of the striker after the match and suggested that things are not great behind the scenes.
"He's lucky to be on the bench, never mind starting,” BBC Sport quotes Pulis as saying. “He’s a smashing kid but lets himself down at times."
According to BBC Sport, Tottenham made two bids for Berahino on September 1 but in vain, with the striker threatening to strike because he could not get the move.
The youngster’s form so far this season has been disappointing. The West Brom striker has managed to score just three goals and has created only three chances in 14 Premier League appearances.
West Brom fans have taken to Twitter to have their say on the current situation of Berahino.

The club and Pulis saying negative things about Berahino is propaganda. So when he's sold the fans don't care. #wba— Joseph Jackson (@Barnaby1996) December 28, 2015
Berahino's pathetic attitude will end up ruining his career if he's not careful, can't wait to get rid of him #wba— Kieran Corbett (@KieranCorbett4) December 28, 2015
