West Ham United won 2-1 against Southampton in the Premier League on Monday evening.

West Ham United players have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the comeback win against Southampton at home on Monday evening.

The Hammers returned to winning ways in the Premier League with a 2-1 triumph over Southampton at the Boleyn Ground.

An own goal from Arsenal-owned defender Carl Jenkinson saw the Saints go ahead after just 13 minutes, but second-half goals from Michail Antonio and Andy Carroll helped West Ham register their first league victory in two months.

Dimitri Payet, James Tomkins, Manuel Lanzini, Angelo Ogbonna and Adrian have taken to Twitter to revel in the victory.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the Boleyn Ground, hosts West Ham had 49% of the possession, took 13 shots of which just five were on target, and earned four corners.

West Ham are seventh in the Premier League table at the moment with 29 points from 19 matches, six points behind fourth-placed Manchester City, who have a game in hand.
