Argentina international attacker Erik Lamela put Tottenham in the lead in the 17th minute, and Odion Ighalo restored parity for the home team four minutes before the half-time interval.
Son Heung-min secured the three points for the North London outfit when he found the target in the 89th minute.
Former Tottenham midfielder Hazard was following the match, and he was delighted with the final result.
