Crystal Palace could only draw 0-0 with Swansea City yesterday.
Although Palace could only manage a 0-0 draw against the struggling Swans, Zaha’s display still caught the eye.
The England international winger was a constant menace throughout the contest, with his dribbling skill coming to the fore.
And Pardew said: “I have to say Wilfred Zaha was terrific today, they tried to stifle him but he kept going and nearly got a goal for it too.
“He nearly created a few moments, he has great energy and his defensive work has been great over the past two games.”
Zaha’s most notable moment of the match saw him drift past three Swansea defenders, before taking aim, but his shot went just wide.
That was as close as either side came to breaking the deadlock, in a contest where chances were at a premium.
Zaha has had to take on a lot more responsibility at Palace recently, as many of their attacking options are out injured.
Yannick Bolasie, Dwight Gayle and Connor Wickham are all currently sidelined - with Palace attacking threat clearly lessened.
