Watford will face Tottenham Hotspur at Vicarage Road in the Premier League on Monday.

Former Manchester United and Liverpool striker Michael Owen has predicted on Betvictor.com that Harry Kane will be decisive in Monday’s Premier League game between Watford and Tottenham Hotspur.

England international striker Kane is expected to start the match for Tottenham at Vicarage Road.

Spurs are unbeaten in their last seven competitive games against Watford but this is a very good Hornets’ side who are blessed with one of the best strike forces in the Premier League in Odion Ighalo and Troy Deeney,” Owen has written on Betvictor.com.

“That said Harry Kane has scored more PL goals this year (27) than any other player and he might be the difference in a fascinating game at Vicarage Road.”

A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation: Harry Kane to score at anytime at 11/8.”

Kane has been in superb form in recent weeks and is back to his best. The 22-year-old has scored 11 goals and created 19 chances in 18 Premier League games so far this season.

The youngster has a pass accuracy of 73% and a shot accuracy of 66%, and has won 36 headers, 25 dribbles and 15 tackles.

Kane scored twice for Spurs on Boxing Day, as the North London outfit got the better of Norwich City 3-0 at White Hart Lane.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side are fourth in the Premier League table at the moment with 32 points from 18 matches, six points behind leaders Leicester City.

Meanwhile, Watford currently find themselves seventh in the standings with 29 points from 18 games.
