Lewie Coyle tweets after making his Leeds United debut, Liam Cooper not happy with result

The youngster was very pleased to finally fulfill a boyhood dream.

Leeds United took on Nottingham Forest at the City Ground yesterday in a battle between two of the Championship's in form clubs.

It was an entertaining affair and in the end the 1-1 scoreline was a fair reflection of the game.

Sam Byram scored the equaliser and Leeds could have had a better result were it not for some poor defending.

Giuseppe Bellusci and the rest of the Leeds defence were culpable. They were playing a high line in the opposing half and Nelson Oliveira took full advantage of there defensive lapse.

He got the run on the Italian, latched on to a Matt Mills ball, and rounded the out of position Marco Silvestri for 1-0.

It was a poor goal to concede and you could see that Liam Cooper was bothered by the fact Leeds only got a point after the game with this tweet:

He wasn't the only Leeds player to take to Twitter after the game - a debutant also had a message for fans.

Lewie Coyle is one of the top young players at the club. Coyle signed a pro deal at the club in November and came on for Byram late in the game.

He was clearly pleased with the appearance:
