Leeds United head coach Steve Evans speaks about his plans in the January transfer window.
Leeds United head coach Steve Evans has suggested to The Sun that he wants to sign at least three new players in the January transfer window.
“We have probably earmarked three players that we would like to bring in and if that ends up being four then super,” said the Scot.
Evans was appointed the Leeds boss in October, and he has done a pretty good job at Elland Road so far.
The West Yorkshire outfit are 13th in the Championship table at the moment with 29 points from 22 matches.
Leeds are eight points behind sixth-placed Ipswich Town and have a game in hand. That match is against Nottingham Forest away from home at the City Ground later today.
Forest are a point and two places behind Leeds and could also make a push for the playoffs as well.
Leeds have won their last two Championship games, while Forest are unbeaten in their last five league encounters with the Whites.
