West Brom will face Newcastle at The Hawthorns in the league on Monday afternoon.
“This is the first time the Baggies have gone five PL games without a win under Tony Pulis, drawn three and lost two, and they might have to again settle for a point against a Newcastle side who will feel deflated after Everton’s last gasp winner on Boxing Day,” the former Newcastle striker has written on Betvictor.com.
A footnote added: “Michael’s recommendation: Game to finish 1-1 at 13/2.”
West Brom will head into the match against Newcastle on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Swansea City away from home at the Liberty Stadium. The Baggies are not in good form at the moment and are struggling to win matches.
Tony Pulis’s side are 13th in the Premier League table at the moment with 20 points from 18 games, just three points above the relegation zone.
Meanwhile, Newcastle currently find themselves third from bottom in the standings with 17 points from 18 matches.
Steve McClaren’s side will head into Monday afternoon’s fixture on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Everton at St. James’ Park.
The Magpies have won two of their last three Premier League away games, having won just one of their previous 18.
