Steve Parish reacts on Twitter to Crystal Palace draw

Crystal Palace played out a goalless draw with Bournemouth in the Premier League on Boxing Day.

Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s failure to win against Bournemouth away from home on Boxing Day.

Palace played out a goalless draw with promoted side Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium in the Premier League earlier today.

Over the course of the 90 minutes, the home team had 55% of the possession, took 10 shots of which four were on target, and earned eight corners.

The Eagles had 45% of the possession, took eight shots of which none was on target, and earned nine corners.

Palace are fifth in the Premier League table at the moment with 30 points from 29 matches.

Alan Pardew’s side are just two points behind Tottenham Hotspur, who are currently fourth and occupy the final Champions League spot.

The London outfit will take on Swansea City at Selhurst Park in the Premier League on Monday afternoon.
