Mauricio Pochettino has reacted to Tottenham's 3-0 win over Norwich City today.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has told Sky Sports that he was a little worried about the energy levels at White Hart Lane today.

Spurs racked up another victory this afternoon, as a first-half brace from Harry Kane put Pochettino's men 2-0 up, before Tom Carroll hammered home a third from long range.

With Leicester losing at Liverpool, Spurs are now just six points off top spot, and Pochettino's side are making real strides this season.

A top four place is within grasp this season, but even after such an emphatic victory, Pochettino admitted he had one major concern during the game.

Having been 2-0 up at half-time, Pochettino was seen trying to rally the White Hart Lane crowd early in to the second period, and was asked by Sky Sports whether he was worried that the supporters were a little flat with such a comfortable lead - and Pochettino admitted that he just need to get everybody motivated again.

"Yes, because in football you can never stop to run and shout, because in the Premier League, it's always difficult," said Pochettino when asked whether he was worried. "Every single game is difficult, and you need to be very focused on the game. I thought that the energy was a little bit down, and it was a moment to try to realise to the players and for all to try to push, push, push and score the third goal and to kill the game."

Pochettino was also asked about his feelings with Tom Carroll, after the homegrown midfielder scored his first Premier League goal with an outstanding strike to make it 3-0, and the Argentine claims he is delighted for the 23-year-old ace.

"That is what we want, when a player comes off the bench. Tom had a real impact for the team, he scored his first goal in the Premier League, and we are very pleased for him. He deserves this moment, he works very hard in training sessions and he deserves to play," he added.
