The 27-year-old received praise on social media after the Reds beat the Foxes on Boxing Day.
Liverpool bounced back from their 3-0 humiliation at Watford last week with a hard-fought win over Premier League leaders Leicester City.
Jurgen Klopp set his side up with far more tactical nous than he had done against the Hornets and West Brom, the rewards for which were plentiful as the Reds beat the Foxes 1-0 on Saturday afternoon.
Anfield witnessed a bizarre miss from Christian Benteke - but also the winning goal from the Belgian after he replaced Divock Origi in the first half.
Origi came off injured and the target man deputised for him by scoring a valuable winner against Leicester. The 1-0 win has a far better ring to it than Liverpool's last league result...
And, in terms of performances, there were plenty of positives for Klopp's men. Jordan Henderson was heavily praised, Emre Can was heavily praised and Dejan Lovren was even more heavily praised.
But Adam Lallana was also seen as quite an unsung hero by many Liverpool fans on Twitter after the Leicester win. Indeed, despite his end product still lacking a great deal, the Reds playmaker's work-rate and pressing were highly valued by supporters on social media. And here's what they said of the 26-year-old on Saturday evening:
Lost my voice at the game today, better performance today especially lallana and lovren, could of been more but 3point will do #LFC
