Dougie Freedman has a message for Steve Evans

Nottingham Forest will face Leeds United at the City Ground in the Championship on Sunday.

Nottingham Forest manager Dougie Freedman has told the club’s official website that he will not be intimidated by Leeds United head coach Steve Evans on Sunday.

Forest will take on Leeds at the City Ground in the Championship on Sunday evening.

It promises to be a very entertaining and competitive game of football, with both sides in good form at the moment.

Evans is a very vocal head coach and is often seen to be quite boisterous on the touchline. Freedman knows all about it and has made it clear that he will not let that get to him.

“Steve Evans is a very vocal manager who tries to intimidate from the sidelines but it won’t work with myself,” the Scot told Forest’s official website.

“We need to concentrate on what we are about and what we do and if we do that then we will win the game.”

Both Forest and Leeds play good attacking football, and there is strong chance that there will be a few goals at the City Ground on Sunday evening.

The Reds will probably head into the match as favourites, as they are at home and have a strong record in front of their home fans. An early goal for Leeds though, could make things tricky for Forest.
